My name is Mr. Ajay Joshi. And I am a happy owner of a flat in Vipra Vaibhava – a property developed and build by Chaitanya Associates. When I was scouting for properties in Belagavi in 2019, I was recommended to evaluate properties being built by Chaitanya Associates. I met Mr. Chaitanya Kulkarni in his office in 2019 when the property was under construction. Mr. Chaitanya Kulkarni showed us the design of the flats, various options, possibilities, and explained the quality of materials used for construction. I found Chaitanya to a very affable and polite person who understands Customer requirements. The location of the property (Opposite IMER, Adarsh Nagar) is very good and convenient for all purposes, such as schools, colleges, hospitals, supermarkets, and also very close to the main road / RPD Corner. So, I decided to purchase my flat at Vipra Vaibhava, Adarsh Nagar. I must also mention and appreciate that the team is also very helpful and in total I had a very good experience in purchasing the property. I am currently residing in Pune since the last 5 years. Having stayed in Belagavi approximately three decades ago, I have a special bonding with the place and hope to one day return to Belagavi for good.

Hi. I am owner of a duplex flat in Nityachaitanya Appartment Subhash Chandra nagar Belgavi. I liked this concept of independent house on the ground floor and also flats on three floors. With this concept I feel I am in a bunglow with a small garden in front of my house. Chaitanya sir and his team at chaitanya associates are all friendly and helpful.
